Great place to have repairs completed. In my case, I had a convertible top that was not put on correctly(somewhere in CA)!! Talked to Harolds to see if they could fix it. They did and came in way lower than the estimate!!
I am aware that there is not a daily need for this service but when someone goes above and beyond they need to be recognized. I had part of the strap on my laptop bag rip and was referred to Heralds by a seamstress. He took one look at it went in back and in a few short minutes it was better than new. When asked what I owed he said nothing. I insisted he take something for his trouble. Just good old fashioned service! Thx Harold
Harold’s took on a large project for Billings Studio Theatre when we decided to refurbish our 46 year old theatre seats at our home theatre located at 1500 Rimrock Road.
I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant business transaction. Friendly People, Quality Craftsmanship, and a get it done Work Ethic that is hard to find in a business these days.
Stop by and check out their work on our 254 theatre seats. They re-padded and re-covered ever cushion and seat back and finished almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Top Notch. I highly recommend this business.
I have to tell you all about my experience with Harold’s Upholstery. I’ll give you a little background: About a month ago, I found this great deal on a sofa sleeper that I thought would be just perfect for my new home office/spare bedroom. Because I have little impulse control I bought it and had it delivered without making sure it would fit where I wanted it. This great deal was online so returning this couch wouldn’t be an option once it got here. No worries, though, because it was perfect. Spoiler alert: we closed on and moved into our new house a week ago and it didn’t fit through the door to the office. Ugh. We tried everything to get this thing through the door…including taking the sleeper mechanism out and attempting to take the whole thing apart. No dice. Just as I was ready to admit defeat yesterday and go buy something else, I called Harold’s Upholstery on Grand Avenue. Coral wasn’t sure what could be done, but she told me to go ahead and bring it in. I loaded up the couch frame and ran it across town. That was about 10:30 yesterday morning. Today by 10:00am, the sofa was exactly where I wanted it and looks amazing. The guys at Harold’s took it apart in their shop and delivered it to my house this morning where they reassembled it in the perfect spot. They even put the mattress mechanism back in and vacuumed where they’d drilled! They went so far above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Harold’s for saving me from myself and getting me out of a tough situation. I know where I’ll be going for all my future upholstery needs. Outstanding service!!!
