About Us

Harold’s Upholstery was started in Billings, MT by Harold Kreiter back in Dec Of 1956 in his garage. His first shop after that was on 17th Street West. After Harold passed, his daughter Cheryl took over the business and moved to our current location at 2808 Grand Ave. We have been here for more than 45 years and still going strong. Harold’s son Kent Kreiter was the owner for more than 40 years and his daughter Katie now owns it today. We are the largest shop in a Tri-state area. We have about 10 employees, four are on the automotive side, 4 on the furniture side, a sales manager and an Office manager. We have employees that have been here anywhere from 3 years to 45 years! We work hard to provide quality work and satisfaction to our customers. We offer several varieties of upholstery. We have a huge selection of materials and supplies, so even the “do it yourselfer” can come in and pick out what they need to do their project. Thanks to all our valued customers we continue to carry Harold’s dream that was started over 65 years ago and his grand-daughter Katie carries on now. We look forward to seeing you when you come in!
